What happens when I register?

Once you complete the registration form you will be sent an activation email. Within the email there will be a link for you to click which verifies your account.

Once you have verified your details, we will be able to invite you to the projects for which you’re likely to be eligible.

What do you do with my information?

Protect it. Your privacy is important to us, and we will do everything in our power to protect it. As members of the BHBIA and the Market Research Society, we strictly adhere to their codes of conduct which include the Data Protection Act 1998.

What happens next?

When you’ve completed your registration, you’ll become part of our ever-expanding community of healthcare professionals. Depending on the studies we’re running, you will be contacted in due course with an invitation to answer some eligibility questions online for one of our latest projects. Remember, though, that we will only contact you for projects that we believe to be relevant to you, and it may be that the most suitable project(s) doesn’t come along for a little while.

What should I expect once I’ve completed the eligibility questions?

One of our team will endeavor to be in touch with you within 2 working days. On some occasions, however, we experience high levels of interest, so we cannot always guarantee that you will be successful in participating.

How do update my profile information?

If you are already signed up to our panel and want to update the details we hold for you, you can do so using the ‘Update my profile‘ link in any of the emails we send you.
