Patient paid market research FAQ

What happens when I register?

Once you complete the registration form you will be sent an activation email. Within the email, there will be a link for you to click which verifies your account.

Once you have verified your details, we will be able to invite you to the projects for which you’re likely to be eligible.

What do you do with my information?

Protect it. Your privacy is important to us, and we will do everything in our power to protect it. As members of the BHBIA and the Market Research Society, we strictly adhere to their codes of conduct which include the Data Protection Act, 1998.

For further information, please read our Privacy Policy which explains in more detail how we process your information.

What happens next?

When you’ve completed your registration, you’ll become part of our ever-expanding community of patients and carers. Depending on the studies we’re running, you will be contacted in due course with an invitation to answer some eligibility questions online for one of our latest projects. Remember, though, that we will only contact you for projects that we believe to be relevant to you, so it may be that the most suitable project doesn’t come along for a little while.

How do update my profile information?

If you are already signed up to our panel and want to update the details we hold for you, you can do so using the ‘Update my profile‘ link in any of the emails we send you.

Our response to COVID-19GKA continues to operate with some important changes

Although we've all been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, GKA wants to assure you that our team is fully operational and here to support our valued partners with their medical market research as we all adapt and find new ways to progress forward.

Clearly these are challenging times but, from the most recent research we carried out with our own panel of healthcare professionals, things are beginning to improve with indications being that all forms of medical market research, including face-to-face, will be achievable in the not-too-distant future.

If you’d like the results of that research, or we can support you in any way at the moment, please contact us at We’re here and ready to help.
